Exchange and Returns
Fab and Chic wants you to be happy with your purchases from its collection. Therefore you have an approval period of 14 days. Ofcourse, it is allowed to first try the clothes on. If your purchases does not fulfill your expectations, you can return the (unused) items within 14 days (with all tags and in original packaging). With every package we will send a delivery note including a return form. Make sure when you want the paid amout back you will notice your full name + bank account number, so we can transfer the amount as soon as possible. When you paid with paypal, make sure you will notice your Paypal e-mail. You will then receive the paid amount back. This doesn’t go for sale items. If you want to exchange the item for example a different color or size make sure you will notice this on your return form, so we can send your new package as soon as possible.

How can I exchange / return?
Returns are only allowed through the return form that is enclosed within each original packet. If you haven’t recieved this form, you can contact us by mail for a return form. 
On this form you can specify which item(s) you wish to return. You need to enclose this form with the package that you are returning.
Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. The costs for returning an item are for the one who returns the product.

Process of returns
If your return reaches us we will process it as soon as possible. You will receive an email about the status of your return. Once you receive a confirmation that you returned the item(s) within the specified period and if the items are in good condition,we will repay the amount you paid as soon as possible to your bankaccount. This may take up to a maximum of 14 days.

– Ofcourse, it is allowed to try the items first on. But they can’t be washed or worn. (except for swimwear and accessories, they can not be returned)
– We may charge a fee for returned products with a strong odor of smoke or food.
– Articles should be send to us in good condition.
– Articles in the sale can be returnerd, but we don’t pay the amount of money back.
You will receive a voucher code.

Should you unexpectedly have to deal with an incorrect delivery or manufacturing defect / complaint
do not use the return module but please send an email to
